The electoral college is eliminated in favor of the popular vote. For President and Supreme Court Justices, each State will get as many votes as they have Representatives and Senators. Those votes go to each candidate per the popular vote in that state, and all those votes will be tallied nationwide. The 4th and 3rd placed candidates will be dropped as preference voting leaves only two candidates and one winner.
